Digital Influencer Marketing Lead

In 2016, Badoo launched an in-house Influencer Marketing division, focused on connecting Badoo with social influencers (and their audiences) around the globe. We have established a number of territories and run several social media campaigns, and are now looking to recruit a lead to oversee, manage and grow the markets that are already established, and work on launching new markets. As a new division, you can expect this role to be fast-paced, demanding and unpredictable – but highly rewarding!


  • Oversee the day to day management of the global Influencer Marketing team across multiple territories, and ensure everything operationally runs smoothly 
  • Drive the long term growth and strategy for the division to achieve brand awareness and downloads of the Badoo app globally
  • Liaise with Product Directors for project updates and reviews; devise and execute new ideas and strategies 
  • Establish and launch teams for new territories; including hiring, training and support
  • Set goals and targets for each Influencer market and the respective managers, and review team performance and effectiveness on an ongoing basis
  • Manage budgets, reconcile spend
  • Mentor and coach less experienced team members
  • Identify new opportunities for Influencer networking and marketing 
  • Contribute to broader Badoo marketing and communications strategy
  • Project manage ad-hoc related projects 


  • Digital native, and up-to-date with latest trends on all key social channels
  • Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications or related discipline
  • Expertise in Influencer Marketing or user acquisition desirable
  • Experience working with global brands agency side, or in-house in a media/tech environment desirable
  • Track record of meeting sales/other performance targets
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Confident communicator; comfortable presenting and speaking to senior stakeholders
  • Experience delivering multiple concurrent tasks to tight deadlines
